CORINTHIA DENISE FAIR
Miss Corinthia Fair has always had a passion for Finance which was her major at the University of Memphis with a concentration in real estate and insurance. Miss Fair is passionate about leading people to financial freedom and what better way than real estate? According to Miss Fair who’s already been coined the “Memphis Real Estate Market Expert” by many of her clients and peers, states that “A big part of financial freedom is ownership and many people don’t quite understand how easy home ownership can be with the right guidance.”
Miss Fair states that many of her clients believe that it’s much harder than it really is to purchase a home and believe that you must have “a lot of money” until she strategically educates them about the realities of home ownership. In a nutshell, Miss Fair would like her future home owners to understand that they must be currently employed for the past two years which can be proven through their tax returns which holds true for fast food workers to CEO’s. However, there are exceptions to the two year rule for new college graduates. In some cases a potential home owner must have proof that they can afford the down payment. In other cases there are down payment assistance programs available especially for first time home buyers and City of Memphis employees. Additionally, potential home owners should make sure their debt to income ratio isn't too high and should check their credit score to see where they are.
The number one thing that prevents people from home ownership is credit which is what made Miss Corinthia Fair get into the credit repair business. “I wanted to be the type of realtor to help my clients through the entire process. I never wanted to be that realtor to say ‘contact me when you’re pre-approved" states Miss Fair. She’s built her Real Estate career on giving her clients HOPE and by guiding them every step of the way. “Most people are scared of their situation and are literally perishing from lack of knowledge. I really want to spread knowledge and get people on the right track to home ownership.”
There is a new sheriff in town, a game changer, and it's time out for throwing away money on rent and using the excuse of not wanting the responsibility of a home. HOME OWNERSHIP IS WORTH IT!
