Pat Beech is the Broker/Owner of Arlena Enos, Realtors, has been licensed since 1985. She has spent her entire 31 year career in the real estate industry with Arlena Enos, Realtors, a company started by its namesake almost 50 years ago.   Pat has been the owner/broker for seventeen years.  A successful Realtor as both a listing and selling broker she also gives back to the industry she loves. In 2000, after serving on and chairing many Memphis Area Association of Realtors committees and serving as a Director, Pat was elected president of MAAR.    In 2001, she was honored as the MAAR Realtor of the Year.   She has been a Life Member of the MAAR Multi Million Dollar Club since 1992 and has served as its president.  She was a board member and past president of the MAAR Education Foundation.  She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, served as its president and in 1998 was its Member of the Year. In 2015, Pat was honored with the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Outstanding Leadership Award. Pat is also active on the national and state levels in the real estate industry.  In 2015 she served as President of the Tennessee Association of Realtors. She has chaired many state committees including the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation, the Governmental Affairs Committee and the Realtors Political Action Committee of which she was also Tennessee State Fundraising Chair.  Pat describes herself as a “Political Junkie!” Real Estate is a second career for this broker, she is a former teacher.  As a graduate of Fontbonne College in St. Louis, Missouri and holding a Master’s Degree in Education from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Education is a passion, especially early childhood development and primary school education. Community involvement is important to Pat and she is a current board member of Theatre Memphis and the World Cataract Foundation of which she is a past president and has chaired its main fundraiser for six out of the past seven years.   She is a past board member of the Memphis Area Girl Scout Council. Pat is married, has three children and two grandchildren.  Her hobby is spending time with her family. She is a member of the Church of the Holy Communion of which she is a former vestry member.
